is a local North Saanich, BC construction company comprised of red seal carpenters and apprentices. Established in 2018, we specialize in home extensions, additions and renovations. Our work ethic emphasizes conscientious design and planning to reduce waste, recycle products, and save good items during the demo process for donation.

Our Process

Preliminary Work

At 19K Design and Contracting Ltd., we make the process of taking on a new project as seamless as possible.

We begin with,

An in-depth conversation to clearly outline your wants, needs, concerns, budget, and expectations.

We will then,

Visit the project site to discuss logistics and any further concepts.

From there,

We enter into a Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA), where our preparation services in asbestos testing, soil sampling, engineering, plans and permits, and material lists are put into action.

A fixed-price quote
